Egyptian cuisine includes stews of white beans and falafel with beef, lamb and pigeon which is also popular.
Their desserts are not as rich and hearty as those of many other Arab countries, but their cuisine is similar and most of the dishes have the same name from all over the Middle East.
A popular classic in Egyptian cuisine is Bedouin. So is the lamb and rice dish, called Mansat, very common at lunchtime.
It was a lot of fun to get to know the gastronomy of Egypt, without a doubt it made me want to try their dishes, I would like to make a recipe sometime
